REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMMUNITY SURVEY
The Gibsons & District Public Library invites proposals for carrying out a survey of library users and non-users in the Town of Gibsons and SCRD Electoral Areas D, E and F. The survey must be carried out through at least three avenues (in print, in person and online) and must receive a statistically meaningful number of responses from both users and non-users in all areas. Ideal proponents will demonstrate familiarity with the Gibsons area, quantitative research skills, knowledge of library services, and have strong communications and project management skills.
