The Town of Gibsons holds regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of the month (excluding August and statutory holidays). Town Hall 474 South Fletcher Road, Gibsons, BC.

In addition to regular meetings, Council members participate in a number of Council Committees.  Agendas and minutes  for Council and Committee meetings are available online, as well as information on getting involved with committees and how to give a presentation to Council.

Agendas
Prior to every Council and Standing Committee meeting, the Corporate Office makes the full agenda package available at the main reception desk in Town Hall.  The Council Agenda is also available on our website by Friday afternoon prior to the Tuesday Council meeting and Council Minutes are also posted on our website once adopted.

Public Input
Gibsons Town Council believes in open and accessible government. Residents are invited to attend Council Meetings, Public Hearings and other public input sessions. A question period is offered during each meeting. As well, individuals and organizations are able to make a presentation and appear as a delegation at a Council meeting.
