Pioneer Park

Centrally located at the 5-Corners intersection in lower Gibsons and is the place where our pioneers were laid to rest.

Headlands Pocket Park

Arrowhead Park

Named according to its shape, and is home to a nature trail, open space, Harmony Hall Seniors Centre and Jack & Jill Preschool.

White Tower Park

Adjacent to the curling rink and aquatic facilities. It offers easy access to flat, forested multi-use trails, boardwalks and pondscapes.

Winegarden Park

Waterfront event area with washrooms and a performance stage area available.

Brothers Park

An active community park that serves the whole Sunshine Coast. Organized sports such as baseball and soccer are scheduled in this park, which also houses the Gibsons and Area Community Centre and a skate park.

Dougall Park

This park is home to tennis courts, a covered performance stage, a picnic gazebo, a playground and the Kinsmen Hall.

Holland Park

This public green space with a view of the harbour is located in front of the Municipal Hall, the Gibsons Public Library, Gibsons Visitors Centre, and Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives.

Dogs in Public Areas

Please note that all dogs must be on leash and under control when using public lands. Unfriendly dogs must remain on leash and under control at all times.

Everyone is responsible for their pet companion and must clean up any waste that is deposited on public lands (failure to do so is subject to loss of use and a fine for offenders).

Off-Leash Areas :

1) Inglis trail, which can be accessed from the bottom of both Shaw Road and Eaglecrest Drive to the exit on Stewart Road

2) All beaches between October 16 and April 14 of each year.
