The Corporate Services Committee is a standing committee of Council that examines reviews and makes recommendations to Council on issues of a financial and/or administrative nature.  Matter referred to the Committee are primarily related to: Corporate financial matters; Departmental budgets; Financial plan; Capital forecasting; Financial policy and procedures; Annual audited financial statements; Monthly financial reports prepared by the Director of Finance; Monthly ICBC and Driver Licensing reports prepared by the Director of Finance; Administrative policy and procedures; Insurance policies and issues concerning risk management; Quality assurance of service provisions; Website and information technologies and other issues as determined by the Chair.
